Information I Collect

When you join an email list, submit a partnership inquiry, or apply to Nourish, I collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and phone number
• Your company and professional title
• Your partnership goals and written description of your vision
• Your city, public profile, current work, vocational setting, expertise, connection interests, and referral details when you apply to Nourish
• Basic referral information included in the page URL, such as campaign or referring-site details

This site does not offer visitor accounts. When Google Analytics 4 is active, it may collect the page you visit, the referring site’s origin, approved campaign identifiers, approximate location, and technical information about your browser, device, operating system, and screen. It uses pseudonymous client and session identifiers rather than an account on this site. Cookiebot records your privacy choices separately.

When the Meta Pixel is active, Meta may receive the page address you visit, referral and campaign details, your IP address, and browser or device information, and may set identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Pages on this site discuss faith and vocation, so a visit may reveal an interest in those subjects. The site requests a PageView only on the home page and selected public landing pages, not on forms’ completion pages or this policy page. It does not intentionally send submitted form answers to Meta.

In connection with publishing content to Instagram and Facebook via Meta’s Graph API, my publishing tools access the following data associated with my own accounts:

• Instagram and Facebook account identifiers
• Access tokens used to authenticate API requests
• Post content (images, captions, and scheduling metadata) prior to publication

The Meta publishing data belongs to and is controlled by me. No visitor or third-party data is collected through that publishing process.

How I Use This Information

Information submitted through website forms is used to provide the requested email content, respond to partnership inquiries, review Nourish applications, curate future dinner tables, issue personal invitations, schedule conversations, and maintain an accurate relationship history. Partnership contacts and Nourish applicants receive only the operational email associated with their request unless they separately choose the general newsletter.

A phone number submitted with a Nourish application may be used for personal, one-to-one calls or texts about the application or a specific seat. It is not consent to promotional text messages.

Limited Google Analytics data is used to count page views and understand which approved acquisition channels bring people to this site. It is not used for Google advertising, personalization, user scoring, or as a transactional source of truth.

Meta Pixel data is used to measure visits associated with ads I run on Meta and may help Meta improve campaign delivery. I do not use site visits to create retargeting audiences. This site does not use the Conversions API.

Access tokens and account identifiers are used exclusively to schedule and publish content to my own Instagram and Facebook pages. This is an automated publishing workflow — no human operators or third parties interact with this data.

Post content (graphics, captions) is staged locally and uploaded to Instagram/Facebook at the time of publishing. It is not stored in any third-party database beyond what the platforms themselves retain.

Data Storage and Security

Partnership inquiries and Nourish application and participation records are stored in private Notion databases used to operate those relationship pipelines. Email addresses and relevant email preferences are also stored in Beehiiv so requested confirmations and follow-up messages can be delivered. Access is limited to the accounts and integrations needed to operate those workflows.

Google Analytics cookies are configured to expire after no more than 60 days and not to renew on later activity. Google Analytics user- and event-level exploration data is configured for two-month retention with retention reset on new activity turned off. Aggregated reporting may remain after user- and event-level data expires and is not necessarily removed by the two-month setting.

Cookiebot separately processes and retains consent records under its own service terms and retention practices. Those records are not governed by the Google Analytics retention setting.

API credentials and access tokens are stored as protected environment variables. They are not intentionally logged or exposed to website visitors.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for details.

Cookiebot handles regional consent and stores privacy choices. Google Analytics provides page-view and acquisition reporting; the Meta Pixel provides advertising measurement. See Cookiebot’s Privacy Policy, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Meta’s Privacy Policy.

Notion stores partnership records, Nourish application and participation records, and provides the optional discovery-meeting calendar. Beehiiv stores email-list records and delivers both requested operational sequences and the weekly letter when separately selected. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Links on this site direct to additional third-party platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Your Choices

For visitors Cookiebot identifies as being in the United States, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may start on the first visit without a pop-up. They do not start if you have opted out of optional tracking or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. For visitors outside the United States, both tools stay off unless Cookiebot records an explicit choice for the relevant Statistics or Marketing category. If the region or choice cannot be determined, both stay off. Necessary Cookiebot storage may still remember and document your choice.

When active, Google Analytics may set _ga and _ga_LD8SWDKL9X cookies and process pseudonymous client and session identifiers, page and acquisition details, and browser or device information. It may also create automatic events such as first_visit, session_start, and user_engagement. Google Signals, Google advertising storage, advertising personalization, and URL passthrough are disabled.

You can stop future Google Analytics and Meta Pixel activity in this browser using the control below. You can also open Cookiebot’s settings to change category choices. A change stops later collection in this browser and removes accessible cookies used by these integrations; it does not erase information already received by a provider. Cookiebot, Google, and Meta may process information in the United States or other countries. Their notices describe their international processing practices. Reports are approximate and reflect visitors’ choices.

Current cookie declaration

The declaration below is supplied by Cookiebot. The policy above remains the controlling description if the live declaration cannot load. The declaration is updated by Cookiebot’s scans and may lag a new tracking release.

Meta Platform Data

This site uses Meta’s Graph API to publish content to Instagram and Facebook. Data obtained through those publishing APIs is used solely for content publishing and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. Separately, the Meta Pixel may process website-visit data under the regional choices described above. I comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Your Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this site. You may also unsubscribe from partnership, Nourish, or newsletter email at any time by using the link in the relevant message. To make a request, use the contact address below.

You can use the Privacy choices controls above to opt out of optional website tracking or change Cookiebot’s category choices. If you have questions about data held directly by Google, Cookiebot, Meta, Notion, Beehiiv, or another third-party platform, please refer to that provider’s privacy controls.
