Information I Collect

When you join an email list or submit a partnership inquiry, I collect the information you choose to provide. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your first and last name
• Your email address and optional phone number
• Your company and professional title
• Your partnership goals and written description of your vision
• Basic referral information included in the page URL, such as campaign or referring-site details

This site does not offer visitor accounts or use advertising cookies.

In connection with publishing content to Instagram and Facebook via Meta’s Graph API, my publishing tools access the following data associated with my own accounts:

• Instagram and Facebook account identifiers
• Access tokens used to authenticate API requests
• Post content (images, captions, and scheduling metadata) prior to publication

The Meta publishing data belongs to and is controlled by me. No visitor or third-party data is collected through that publishing process.

How I Use This Information

Information submitted through website forms is used to provide the requested email content, respond to partnership inquiries, assess fit, schedule conversations, and maintain an accurate relationship history. Partnership-form contacts receive partnership-related email only and are not automatically placed into the general newsletter flow.

Access tokens and account identifiers are used exclusively to schedule and publish content to my own Instagram and Facebook pages. This is an automated publishing workflow — no human operators or third parties interact with this data.

Post content (graphics, captions) is staged locally and uploaded to Instagram/Facebook at the time of publishing. It is not stored in any third-party database beyond what the platforms themselves retain.

Data Storage and Security

Partnership inquiries are stored in a private Notion database used as the partnership pipeline. Email addresses and partnership-email preferences are also stored in Beehiiv so the requested confirmation and follow-up messages can be delivered. Access is limited to the accounts and integrations needed to operate those workflows.

API credentials and access tokens are stored as protected environment variables. They are not intentionally logged or exposed to website visitors.

Third-Party Services

This site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) as part of normal hosting operations. See Vercel’s Privacy Policy for details.

Notion stores partnership records and provides the optional discovery-meeting calendar. Beehiiv stores email-list records and delivers email sequences. Their handling of information is also governed by their respective privacy policies.

Links on this site direct to additional third-party platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Meta Platform Data

This site uses Meta’s Graph API to publish content to Instagram and Facebook. Data obtained through Meta’s APIs is used solely for the purpose of content publishing and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising. I comply with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Your Rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted through this site. You may also unsubscribe from partnership or newsletter email at any time by using the link in the relevant message. To make a request, use the contact address below.

If you have questions about data held directly by Instagram, Facebook, Notion, Beehiiv, or another third-party platform, please refer to that provider’s privacy controls.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
